PROJECTS
The Hourigan Dairy Co
The Hourigan Dairy Co reached out to us (Jan 2021) for help to combat constant power supply failures and their astronomical power bills from the dairy. With quarterly bills exceeding well past $8,000, we were able to negotiate a system design with SP AUSNET (the area distribution supply authority) and install a 48kw solar system.
The system was installed between milkings in split shifts so as not to disturb normal operation of the dairy and stress the cows, tested and commissioned and inspected within 8 days.
The system now allows the dairy to operate and irrigate together as normal, which was once not an option.

Tongala Donkey Shelter
The selfless organisation located in Tongala, saving countless lives of injured, sick and rescued donkeys were themselves struggling with the cost of running the shelter.
The owner was told “it couldn’t be done” by one company and given pricing that would send the shelter broke by another, we were contacted and stepped up to the challenge being able to achieve the positive outcome sought by the owner at a fraction of the price whilst still upholding the quality of installation that the industry lacks and Hypalyte strives for.
The system utilised an unused area of a front paddock, with the installation of a low-level ground mount structure securing 13kw of solar and 2 5kw inverters.
With the 60-70% reduction in power bills, it has helped the shelter achieve some financial freedom to invest in expanding amenities to house visitors and Veterinarians for training purposes with the animals.

Clark
The Clark family had just bought their property in Rochester and hadn’t quite settled when the devastating floods late 2022/ early 2023 struck the regions.
The property had an existing solar and battery system installed which was unfortunately taken out due to the floods.
We were able to collaborate with the family and assess their needs, not only replacing the system but doubling the size of both the solar and battery capacity, something that other companies wiped their hands of.
The system was relocated to higher ground on the property eliminating the chances of damage ever happening again.
The design saw the installation of 18kw of solar and 30kw of battery storage executed with real time monitoring anytime, anywhere.

BRM Farms
BRM Farms needed help, with multiple power supplies to the property incurring multiple meter charges, exorbitant power bills and increasing power charges still to come, we were able to overcome the challenge.
